The Role

Taqniaty is currently hiring for the position of a Key Account Manager to look after the smooth execution of projects for our clients in the Karachi region.

As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the client accounts, represent company to prospective customers to develop the company business as well as drive the development and execution of sales strategies.

Additionally, you will be required to:

  • Build and maintain excellent business relations with the existing clients and identify the possibilities of helping them with the services Taqniaty offers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contact prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders in the assigned territory/market segment.
  • Conducts strategic account planning and market studies.
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customer's needs and interests
  • Monitors the overall work flow of the pre and post sales teams to assure that all acquired projects are implemented in the best manner and as per the customer's expectations.
  • Expedites the process ofresolving customer problems and complaints

Requirements

  • Master's degree in sales, business or related field of study
  • At least 5+ years of sales and account management experience
  • Experience in the digital Industry is preferred
  • Knowledgeable of international markets
  • Experience in the GCC is essential
  • Spoken English is preferred

The Role

Taqniaty is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading new product development, working in collaboration with other relevant Business functions and consumer.

As a Marketing managers you will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Additionally, you will be required to:

  • Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
  • Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Oversee the company's marketing budget.
  • Create and publish of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Must be Fluent in English

The Role

Taqniaty is on the search for Social Media Specialist who has a passion for social media & likes being employed in an eventful and challenging setting.

As a Social Media Specialist your goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
